Lee is a co-founder and Managing Partner of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Prior to founding One Rock, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings.  Mr. Lee joined Ripplewood in 1997 and was responsible for Ripplewood’s efforts in the global chemicals and industrial sectors.  Prior to joining Ripplewood in 1997, Mr. Lee worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Salomon Brothers in New York.

R. Scott Spielvogel is a co-founder and Managing Partner of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Prior to founding One Rock, Mr. Spielvogel was a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings.  Mr. Spielvogel joined Ripplewood in 2005 and had responsibility for investments in the business services and telecommunications sectors.

Prior to joining Ripplewood, Mr. Spielvogel worked at Windward Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in New York, which he joined in 1998.  Prior to Windward, Mr. Spielvogel was with CIBC Oppenheimer’s High Yield and Merchant Banking Group (formerly known as The Argosy Group), working on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing transactions.

Kimberly D. Reed is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Prior to One Rock, Ms. Reed was a Principal at American Capital Strategies, where she was responsible for American Capital’s efforts in the medical products and technology, life science and consumer product sectors.  In this role, Ms. Reed sourced, executed and oversaw a portfolio of six companies totaling over $600 million in enterprise value.

Prior to joining American Capital, Ms. Reed worked at Waterview Partners, LLC, a media-focused private equity firm, which she joined in 1999.  While at Waterview, Ms. Reed was involved in several media investments.  Prior to Waterview, Ms. Reed was at Chase Capital Partners, which she joined in 1997.  Prior to Chase Capital Partners, Ms. Reed worked at CIBC Oppenheimer’s High Yield and Merchant Banking Group (formerly known as The Argosy Group) on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing transactions.

Prior to Red Diamond, Mr. Beyer was an Associate and Financial Analyst at Pedersen Kammert & Co., LLC, a middle-market investment banking firm focused on sell-side mandates, financings and acquisition searches in the building materials, consumer products and industrial sectors.

Joseph A. Agresti is an Operating Partner in the Automotive Retail vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Agresti is currently the CEO and owner of the Dream Motor Group which includes four Mercedes-Benz dealerships and one Infiniti dealership that are consistently among the nation’s best-performing dealerships as measured by return on sales and customer satisfaction.  In 2009, Mr. Agresti was the number one-ranked dealer in the country, according to Mercedes-Benz’s internal “best of the best” scoring model, and his stores have achieved “best of the best” status every year since.  Additionally, he served seven consecutive years on the Mercedes-Benz Dealer Council.

Prior to the Dream Motor Group, Mr. Agresti served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations for the Asbury Automotive Group, Inc., a NYSE-listed consolidator of automobile retail franchises and a former Ripplewood portfolio company.  While at Asbury, Mr. Agresti helped build the management infrastructure for the company and had responsibility for operations, profit improvement initiatives, acquisition valuation, post-merger integration, internal audit, strategic sourcing, fixed operations, finance and insurance and customer experience areas.  Mr. Agresti managed the company’s nationwide best practice efforts, peer reviews and operational swat team efforts.

Prior to Asbury, Mr. Agresti worked as a CPA at Arthur Andersen, where he concentrated on conducting due diligence on mergers and acquisitions assignments.  His primary focus was in the retail automotive space.

Michael J. (Mike) Anderson is an Operating Partner focused on all aspects of talent for One Rock and its portfolio companies.  Mr. Anderson brings over 30 years of experience in executive assessment and development, leadership team effectiveness, strategy, organizational design, change management and C suite succession planning.  Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Anderson worked with multiple private equity firms, including as an operating director focused on optimizing leadership talent across the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to his work in private equity, Mr. Anderson spent 19 years with Spencer Stuart, most recently as the Chief Innovation Officer and Global Head of Products and Services overseeing substantial growth in consulting services that complement the firm’s core search offerings.  Previously, he oversaw Spencer Stuart’s offices globally and, prior to that, led the firm’s North American region and served on the firm’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Anderson joined Spencer Stuart from McKinsey & Company, where he was a consultant across several disciplines and also built the firm’s worldwide experienced hire recruiting capability, oversaw staffing and professional development in the Boston Office, and helped lead a firmwide training program on interpersonal and communication skills.

Mr. Anderson earned his A.B. in economics from Harvard College and his M.B.A. with academic distinction from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is a graduate of the Hudson Institute’s Executive Coaching program and is certified by the International Coaching Federation.

Kurtis T. Barker is an Operating Partner in the Business and Environmental Services vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Barker is currently a Director of One Rock portfolio companies Orion Food Systems and Monarch Landscape Services.  Mr. Barker was a co-founder of United Rentals, Inc., the largest equipment rental company in North America.  From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Barker held a number of different operating positions at United Rentals, including Vice President - Aerial Region, Vice President - Midwest Region and Vice President - Highway Technologies.  From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Barker was Executive Vice President of Corporate Services, responsible for the Sales, Fleet, Fleet Maintenance, Information Technology, Customer Service and National Accounts departments.

Prior to United Rentals, Mr. Barker was Vice President, Midwest Region for United Waste Systems.  In that capacity, he was instrumental in converting newly acquired waste facilities into state-of-the-art assets.  In a five-year period, Mr. Barker’s business unit grew from a single landfill to a network of eight landfills, 12 transfer stations and five material recovery facilities, each with excellent environmental records, cordial relations with neighbors and consistently high profitability.

Eric C. Evans is an Operating Partner in the Specialty Manufacturing vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Evans is currently the Chairman of One Rock portfolio company CentroMotion and a Director of One Rock portfolio company Robertshaw.  Mr. Evans served as Ripplewood’s Industrial Partner in the industrials and consumer durables sector from 2005 and was, from 2006 to 2009, Chairman and CEO of D&M Holdings, a portfolio company of RHJ International, a holding company that was affiliated with Ripplewood.  Mr. Evans is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Diebold Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of financial self-service equipment, security solutions and related services.

Prior to Diebold, Mr. Evans spent 16 years working for Emerson Electric in various general management positions.  His last position at Emerson was Group Vice President, Climate Technologies Air Conditioning and President of Copeland Air Conditioning.  Before joining Emerson, Mr. Evans spent six years working in strategic consulting, initially with Bain & Company and then in his own practice in association with Professor Michael Porter of the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Evans earned an A.B. in East Asian studies from Harvard College and a J.D./M.B.A. from the Harvard Business and Law Schools.

Adam S. Feuer is an Operating Partner focused on driving value in strategic sourcing and supply chain for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Feuer is currently a Director of One Rock portfolio company Jadex (fka Process Solutions).  Mr. Feuer brings over 30 years of functional experience to One Rock, having led global sourcing organizations at such companies as Avery Dennison, Avon, Ecolab and Sun Products.  He has served overseas in multiple ex-pat assignments in Switzerland and the Netherlands, and has particular expertise driving cost savings programs, collaborating cross-functionally with R&D and product development teams, transforming procurement organizations, leveraging supplier innovation and deploying procurement best practices, including e-sourcing/e-procurement and low-cost country sourcing.  Mr. Feuer began his career with The Procter & Gamble Company in procurement and manufacturing roles.

Mr. Feuer graduated from Cornell University with a degree in mechanical and biomedical engineering.

Thomas C. Fountain is an Operating Partner focused on driving value in information technology solutions for One Rock and its portfolio companies.  Mr. Fountain brings over 30 years of technology and leadership experience having served in CIO roles in GE, Honeywell and Bunge Ltd.  In addition to large multi-national leadership positions, Mr. Fountain has also held CTO and CEO roles at software start-ups and emerging growth companies with a focus on innovative product design and new product introduction.  His focus on creating alignment between business operating models and technology strategy positions companies for high return investments and optimized service delivery. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fountain held Design Engineer and Intelligence Officer positions with Martin Marietta Aerospace and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Mr. Fountain graduated from MIT with a degree in electrical engineering and later received his M.S. in electrical engineering and M.B.A. from Duke University.

John A. Georges is an Operating Partner in the Chemicals and Process Industries vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Georges is currently the Chairman of One Rock portfolio companies Innophos, Jadex (fka Process Solutions), Nexeo Plastics, FXI, Island Energy Services and NORPAC.  Mr. Georges served as a Ripplewood Industrial Partner from 1999 to 2009.  Mr. Georges served as Chairman of Supresta LLC and Kraton Polymers LLC during Ripplewood’s ownership of those companies.  Formerly, Mr. Georges was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of International Paper from 1984 until his retirement in 1996.  He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of International Paper from 1981 to 1984.  Mr. Georges started his career with DuPont, where he spent 28 years in various positions, including General Manager of Textile Fibers and Chief Environmental Officer.

In recent years, Mr. Georges has been a member of several non-corporate organizations such as The Business Council; The Trilateral Commission; The Public Policy Institute of the Business Council of New York State (Trustee); The University of Illinois Foundation (current Board member; President from 1995 to 1997); and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Harvard University Center for Risk Analysis.  He has also served as a Director of Warner-Lambert Company, Ryder System Inc. and AK Steel Holding Corporation.

Mr. Georges was formerly a Director of the New York Stock Exchange (1987-1993), a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (1986-1992), a Member of the Policy and Planning Committee of the Business Roundtable (1987-1996), Chairman of the National Council on Economic Education (1991-1992) and Chairman of the American Paper Institute (1991-1992).

Andrea Greene is an Operating Partner focused on driving value strategic financial, accounting and HR solutions for One Rock and its portfolio companies.  Ms. Greene is currently a Director of One Rock portfolio company CentroMotion.  Ms. Greene brings over 25 years of financial and operational experience having served as CFO of several multi-national companies prior to her role at One Rock.  Ms. Greene has also held CFO and COO roles at various start-ups and emerging growth companies.  She has a track record of successfully scaling businesses as well as executing strategic and operational transformation programs across companies in a broad range of industries.  Her unique combination of financial, management, mergers and acquisitions, talent management and operational expertise is well suited to helping create value within One Rock’s portfolio companies.  Earlier in her career, Andrea spent 12 years at various investment firms including Allied Capital, JP Morgan Partners and CIBC Oppenheimer’s High Yield and Merchant Banking Group (formerly known as the Argosy Group) where she worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing transactions.

Ms. Greene received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University.

Stephen S. Ingham is an Operating Partner in the Specialty Manufacturing and Healthcare Products vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Ingham is currently a Director of One Rock portfolio companies CentroMotion and Robertshaw.  Mr. Ingham has more than 20 years of experience in senior executive operating leadership positions.  His areas of expertise include manufacturing, supply chain and complex distribution in consumer durables and consumables.  Mr. Ingham was the senior operating executive for both Maytag and Viking Range in the appliance industry and has additional private equity experience as CEO of a global LED application company serving the automotive and industrial markets.  Most recently, Mr. Ingham was the CEO of SmartTruck, a venture start-up in the aerodynamic technology space serving the heavy truck industry.  Earlier in his career, he held senior operating roles at P&G, PepsiCo and Tenneco.

A graduate of Memphis State University with a B.S. in civil engineering, Mr. Ingham has completed executive education sequences at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and at Harvard University, as well as extensive productivity, quality and performance leadership development programs from industry-leading organizations.

J. Michael Mayer is an Operating Partner in the Business and Environmental Services vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Mayer is currently the Chairman of One Rock portfolio company Petroplex and a Director of One Rock portfolio company Island Energy Services.  From 2004-2008, Mr. Mayer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Complete Production Services (“Complete”, former NYSE ticker: CPX), during which time Complete consummated an initial public offering.  Prior to joining Complete, Mr. Mayer served as Chief Financial Officer of Tri-Point Energy from 2003-2004 and Chief Financial Officer of NATCO Group (“NATCO”, former NYSE ticker: NTG) from 1999-2003 during which time NATCO completed an initial public offering.  Additionally, Mr. Mayer has served on the board of MBI Energy Services.  Mr. Mayer holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University.

Michael D. Modak is an Operating Partner in the Chemicals and Process Industries vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Modak is currently a Director of One Rock portfolio companies Innophos, Jadex (fka Process Solutions), Nexeo Plastics and FXI.  Mr. Modak has extensive global experience as a senior executive in both public and private equity backed companies.  Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of PolyAd Holdings where he led the execution of a carve-out business to a freestanding entity and its successful sale.  His additional private equity activities include leading groups of global businesses at PGI and Momentive Performance Materials.  His public company experience includes numerous operating and staff leadership roles at Honeywell, National Starch & Chemicals (ICI) and HB Fuller Company.

The breadth of Mr. Modak’s roles have run from CEO to group level and business P&L management as well as a variety of C-level roles such as Corporate Development leader, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.  His distinctive competence is developing and executing a profitable growth agenda with both organic and acquisition components.

Mr. Modak has a Bachelor’s Degree from Case Western Reserve University and an M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace College.  He has participated in various executive education programs at Wharton, Harvard, Stanford and MIT.

Mark Oakeson is an Operating Partner in Lean Manufacturing for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Oakeson is currently a Director of One Rock portfolio companies CentroMotion, Robertshaw and FXI.  Mr. Oakeson has more than 30 years of operating improvement experience bringing lean manufacturing competencies to companies such as Black and Decker, Mercedes Benz of Brazil, Pella Corp., Lantech, Inc. and Hayward Pool.  He is also the co-founder of TBM Consulting Group and LVC Consulting, where he helped to introduce lean concepts to Western companies, improving productivity and quality and typically more than doubling returns on capital.  Mr. Oakeson’s expertise has been applied to greenfield sites, plant expansions, consolidation, product development and product launches.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, with a degree in engineering, Mr. Oakeson also completed post-graduate work in Finance at the University of Connecticut.  In addition, Mr. Oakeson had direct experience early in his career training with the creators and innovators of the Toyota Production System, Messrs. Ohno, Shingo, Nakao and Iwata.

Frank Orfanello is an Operating Partner in the Food Manufacturing and Distribution vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Orfanello serves as Chairman of the Board of One Rock portfolio company Orion Food Systems.  Mr. Orfanello was previously Executive Vice President of Coolbrands International, a branded frozen desserts company with ~$500 million of revenue.  At Coolbrands, Mr. Orfanello was responsible for all operations of the business, improving a complex supply chain and managing a national operation serving the grocery, convenience, institutional and other channels.  Mr. Orfanello was also previously the Chief Operating Officer of Veryfine Products, the nationally branded juice beverage company, where he led strategic initiatives in new product development, manufacturing modernization, opening new channels of distribution and scaling a branded consumer products business, ultimately culminating in the successful sale of the company.  Prior to joining Veryfine, Mr. Orfanello was a Partner in the Boston-based regional accounting firm of Parent, McLaughlin & Nangle.

Gary L. Tapella is an Operating Partner in the Specialty Manufacturing and Healthcare Products vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Mr. Tapella is currently the Chairman of One Rock portfolio companies Robertshaw and Kova International and a Director of One Rock portfolio company CentroMotion.  Mr. Tapella served as Ripplewood’s Industrial Partner in the industrials and consumer durables sector from 2005 to 2009.  From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Tapella served as the President and Chief Executive Officer (and later, Chairman) of Rheem Manufacturing where he completed a series of major initiatives.  Previously, Mr. Tapella was Vice President – International for Rheem where he re-established Rheem’s presence internationally.  From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Tapella managed Rheem’s Canadian water heater business.  Mr. Tapella repositioned Rheem’s product line in Canada, thereby improving margins.  He also enhanced the manufacturing capabilities and improved the company’s relationship with the United Steel Workers union.  From 1980 to 1986, Mr. Tapella was the Managing Director of Rheem Far East, managing 11 factories throughout Asia.  Rheem Far East established the first Rheem factories in China in 1984.  From 1969 to 1980, Mr. Tapella had progressive roles and responsibilities in factory management, sales and marketing at Rheem.

Mr. Tapella is a former director of publicly listed Butler Manufacturing Company and Watsco, Inc.  He is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in international relations/international service and has completed executive management programs at Northeastern University and Columbia University.

Anna P. Kelleher is the Chief Financial Officer of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Kelleher served as Director of Finance at The Riverside Company, where she was primarily responsible for Riverside’s flagship middle market buyout fund and its structured capital fund.  Prior to The Riverside Company, Ms. Kelleher was a Manager in CapitalSource’s Corporate Finance Group.

Ms. Kelleher also held various corporate finance roles at AOL Time Warner and at Pfizer.  Ms. Kelleher began her career at Ernst & Young LLP, where she was an assurance supervisor in the Financial Services Group.

Ms. Kelleher earned a B.S. in accounting from the Carroll School of Management, Boston College.  She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Deepa Patil Madhani is the Head of Investor Relations of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Before joining One Rock, Ms. Madhani was part of the Capital Partnering Team at General Atlantic, where she focused on investor relations.

Prior to General Atlantic, Ms. Madhani was an Associate in the Fundraising Group at TPG.  Ms. Madhani began her career as an Analyst in the Mezzanine Fund at Lehman Brothers, where she analyzed investment opportunities across different sectors.

Ms. Madhani earned a B.S. in business administration from Georgetown University.  She graduated cum laude with a double major in finance and management and a minor in Spanish.

Emily E. Runyon is a Senior Associate of Investor Relations of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC.  Ms. Runyon spent five years as an investment professional at One Rock before moving into her current role with Investor Relations.  Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Runyon held internships at the Walmart Stores, Inc. corporate headquarters and Amilar Capital, a financial services firm in New York City.  

Ms. Runyon earned a B.A. in East Asian studies with a minor in economics from Stanford University and a M.Phil. in Management from the University of Cambridge.

Lenette M. Feroli is the Director of Finance of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Feroli served as Director of Fund Accounting at Solus Alternative Asset Management LP, where she performed complex accounting, financial reporting and management functions across all of Solus’ fund structures. Prior to Solus, Ms. Feroli was a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP, where she led many assurance audits in the Financial Services Group.

Ms. Feroli earned a B.S. in accounting from the Hagan School of Business, Iona College.
